Man Utd Reveals Location Of New Stadium
Man Utd's proposed stadium

Manchester United have revealed plans to build the largest stadium in the UK, a 100,000-seater ground and the location will serve as the focal point of the Wharfside Masterplan.

The location of the stadium is the latest reveal of the ambitious project.

It will be located about 350 metres northwest of the Old Trafford stadium, although its future is still blur.

The club declared a little more than two weeks ago that they had purchased the most of the land for the stadium, which will be the biggest in the United Kingdom.

With the new stadium serving as the focal point of the Wharfside Masterplan, Manchester United has now disclosed more details regarding the revitalisation of the Trafford Wharfside neighbourhood, which surrounds the team's present stadium.

Along with the construction of thousands of new residences, it will serve as a year-round center for sports and entertainment.

It will be accompanied by enhanced connections to public transportation and options for bicycling and walking.

Trafford Council is expected to approve the plan on July 20.

If they do, there will be events in the region during the eight-week consultation period, from July 28 to September 22, where people can see the masterplan and give their views.

The club have also released the latest images of what the new Trafford Wharfside will look like but said they are not final and could change.
