EVERYBODY LOVES JENIFA
Nollywood actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele has achieved yet another milestone as her latest film, Everybody Loves Jenifa, shattered records with a historic opening weekend performance. The film grossed an unprecedented ₦206 million, setting a new benchmark as Nollywood’s biggest opening weekend ever and the largest opening of 2024.

The record-breaking achievements include:
Highest grossing one-day performance: ₦87.8 million and Strongest opening weekend admissions in 2024: 38,353 viewers.
