Popular Ghanaian comic actor Dr Likee, has opened up about a life-changing encounter that persuaded him to continue his career in entertainment.

In an interview, Dr Likee revealed that after years of creating films and digital skits, he had seriously contemplated stepping away from acting and comedy altogether. The pressures of sustaining creativity and staying relevant had left him considering a complete withdrawal from the industry.

However, fate intervened in the most unexpected way. Speaking about the incident, Dr Likee recounted an encounter with former President John Dramani Mahama at an airport that dramatically altered his perspective.

This chance meeting not only lifted Dr Likee’s spirits but also reignited his passion for entertaining Ghanaians. He described it as a pivotal moment that reminded him of the impact his comedy has on people from all walks of life.

Dr Likee, who has become a household name for his relatable humor and digital skits, is now more determined than ever to continue making audiences laugh.
