Kylie Jenner Makes Official Music Debut with Terror Jr on FOURTH STRIKE

Kylie Jenner Makes Official Music Debut with Terror Jr on FOURTH STRIKE
Kylie Jenner
In a surprising turn in her ever-evolving career, Kylie Jenner has formally entered the music world with her first vocal feature on the single FOURTH STRIKE, in collaboration with the pop duo Terror Jr.

With Fourth Strike, Kylie Jenner resurrects her mid-2010s alter ego “King Kylie,” now performing under that persona. The track arrives amidst the 10th anniversary of Kylie Cosmetics, tying her new musical venture to her brand legacy.

Kylie Jenner addressed long-standing rumors originating from her 2016 cosmetics campaign that she had performed vocals on Terror Jr’s earlier song 3 Strikes. She clarified that Fourth Strike would be her first true featured vocal.

On Fourth Strike, Jenner takes over the bridge with sultry, low-tone vocals, culminating in a whispered “King Kylie” before the final fade. The song leans into electro-pop and experimental textures, merging nostalgia with modern production.

The release is paired with a new King Kylie cosmetics collection, set to drop October 18th a move that fuses Jenner’s artistic, entrepreneurial, and branding identities.

Reactions to Kylie Jenner’s musical debut have been mixed to sharply critical. While some fans celebrated her bold step into music, many critics and social media users called out the heavy use of autotune and questioned the artistic merit of the performance.

It remains unclear whether Jenner plans to continue releasing music beyond Fourth Strike, but the launch signals a new creative chapter for her. The confluence of her launch, cosmetics anniversary, and reinvigorated persona suggests a carefully orchestrated multimedia strategy.

As Fourth Strike circulates on streaming platforms and social media, the world will be watching whether “King Kylie” is here to stay or just a brief nostalgia-inflected return.
