The University of Ghana's Pentagon Hall reverberated with a new kind of energy on the night of Sunday, 19th May 2024. In collaboration with 3Music TV, the night was marked by a celebration for the ages, a foot-stomping, soul-stirring Gospel Rock Show to launch their 25th anniversary celebration.
In an atmosphere thick with anticipation, students decked out to feel a night of worship and blessing. As the first chords blared, a collective gasp rippled through the crowd. Vessels of Worship-UG Chapter, took the stage, their opening set a stirring call to worship that started the Gospel Rock Show.
They were followed by Kobby Salm, a name synonymous with infectious energy, who stormed the stage to engage the crowd in a blessed ministration. Bodies swayed, voices rose in joyful chorus, and the dance floor became a sea of enthusiastic movement. The celebration continued with Bethel Revival and Scott Evans, each bringing their own unique flavor to the gospel tapestry.

Deep into the night, Perez Muzik and Efe Grace took the energy a notch higher, their powerful ministrations sending shivers down spines and igniting even the most reserved wallflowers. As the night reached its crescendo, Kofi Owusu Peprah, a remarkable gospel minister in his own right, delivered an electrifying finale that left the crowd breathless and requesting more.
This wasn't just a concert; it was a declaration - of faith, community,
and the enduring power of music to unite and uplift.
As the final notes faded, a
hush fell over the crowd, a moment of shared euphoria before a thunderous
applause erupted. The 25th anniversary celebrations for Pentagon
Hall had officially begun, and with 3Music TV at the helm, the promise of more
electrifying events hung heavy in the air. Stay tuned, because Pentagon Hall's
silver jubilee is just getting started, and you won't want to miss a beat!
