Popular Nigerian singer-songwriter Simi has stirred curiosity among fans, dropping a tantalizing teaser of new music on her social media.

The short video features the star posing a creative dilemma to her audience: “Should I finish this song? What should I call it?” — accompanied by the hashtags #teaser and #soft, hinting at a possibly melodic or emotionally nuanced track  .

Although the post doesn’t reveal a release date or title, the interactive nature of the teaser suggests Simi is inviting her fanbase to become part of the creative process—a move that delights fans and keeps anticipation high.

This comes after her 2024 album Lost and Found, which showcased her evolution as an artist and featured collaborations with Tiwa Savage, Lojay, Bella Shmurda, and others.
