Ghanaian dancehall heavyweight Stonebwoy has been announced as a headline performer for an official fan event at the ongoing CAF Africa Cup of Nations.
According to an official event flyer circulating online, Stonebwoy will take the stage at the AFCON Fan Zone at Villa Harris Park in Tangier on Thursday, January 8, 2026, with the live performance scheduled to begin from 8:00 p.m. local time.
The event will also feature Moroccan singer Hind Ziadi, bringing together musical talent from across the continent as part of AFCON’s cultural celebrations.

The Fan Zone concerts form part of the tournament’s broader entertainment programme designed to enhance the fan experience beyond the football action. Attendance is free for Fan ID holders and match ticket holders, making it accessible to supporters and visitors in the host city.
Stonebwoy’s appearance further highlights the growing role of African music at major sporting events, reinforcing AFCON’s reputation as not just a football tournament, but a celebration of African culture, sound and unity.
