Ghanaian reggae and dancehall superstar Stonebwoy took his global appeal to Morocco over the weekend, delivering a headline performance at the prestigious Mawazine – Rhythms of the World Festival in Rabat, Morocco.
Stonebwoy performed on the festival's renowned Bouregreg Stage on June 20, joining a lineup of celebrated African and international acts at one of the world's largest music festivals.
The award-winning artiste was announced as one of the major African attractions for the 2026 edition of the festival, with organizers highlighting his influence across reggae, dancehall, afropop, and Afrobeats.
His appearance in Rabat further cemented his growing international footprint, as he brought Ghanaian music and culture to thousands of festival-goers gathered along the scenic Bouregreg waterfront.
Mawazine, held under the patronage of King Mohammed VI, is widely regarded as one of the biggest music festivals in the world, attracting millions of attendees annually and hosting some of the most prominent names in global music.
