Award-winning Ghanaian podcast Stay By Plan, hosted by Afi and Zuu, is officially back with a brand-new season and this one is special. Season Six marks five solid years of consistency, impact and influence in Ghana’s fast-growing podcast scene.
Since its debut, Stay By Plan has grown from a passion project into one of the defining voices in the Ghanaian creative and lifestyle podcast space. Over the years, the duo has not only shaped conversations around culture, identity and modern Ghanaian life but has also earned industry recognition, including back-to-back awards that cement their place as pioneers of the space.
In an exclusive interview with 3Music TV, Afi and Zuu described the upcoming season as one of their most intentional and unforgettable yet. According to the hosts, Season Six represents both reflection and reinvention, a celebration of how far they’ve come and a bold step into what’s next.

To visually capture this milestone, the podcast unveiled a striking new photoshoot inspired by fashion from the 1980s, the early 2000s and today’s contemporary style. Rooted in the theme “We Are the Culture,” the concept positions Afi and Zuu not just as commentators of culture, but as active contributors and tastemakers within it. The shoot celebrates identity, evolution and self-expression, a bold statement that culture is lived, shaped and embodied by the creatives who consistently show up. Each look reflects confidence, legacy and growth, mirroring the journey of Stay By Plan over the past five years.
The show’s legacy is also reflected in its impressive list of past guests. Over the seasons, Stay By Plan has hosted respected creatives and cultural figures such as Rocky Dawuni, Nana Ama McBrown, Sarkodie and Angel Town, among many others further solidifying its relevance and reach within the creative ecosystem.
The anniversary shoot was brought to life by Ghana’s celebrated fashion stylist Therapizt, who worked closely with the duo from concept development to shoot day. From the vision board to execution, his styling delivered a seamless blend of eras, aesthetics and attitude, elevating the season’s visual identity.

Five years on, Stay By Plan remains a testament to consistency, creative courage and staying true to one’s vision. As Season Six unfolds, Afi and Zuu are not just returning with new episodes, they are reaffirming their place among the voices that helped define Ghana’s podcast culture.
