Nigerian singer and songwriter FAVE has released a brand-new single titled INTENTIONS, marking a fresh chapter in her evolving soundscape. Known for her genre-bending style that fuses Afrobeats, R&B, and dancehall, FAVE delivers a deeply emotional and melodically rich track that further cements her place among Nigeria’s brightest music talents.
The release, which dropped across all major platforms at midnight, is accompanied by a visually striking official visualizer now streaming on YouTube. INTENTIONS explores themes of vulnerability, emotional honesty, and relationship uncertainty, delivered through FAVE’s unmistakable vocals and lyrical clarity.
In addition to the visualizer, FAVE performed the single on A COLORS SHOW, showcasing a raw and captivating rendition that highlighted her vocal dexterity and emotional depth. Her appearance was praised for its stripped-back delivery, allowing her voice and lyrics to take center stage.
INTENTIONS arrives on the heels of her 2024 EP DUTTY LOVE, which included standout tracks like CONTROLLA and NO GAMES. With this new release, FAVE continues to push her creative boundaries while staying true to her roots in emotional storytelling and sonic experimentation.
INTENTIONS is now available for streaming on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and other digital platforms. The track is expected to build momentum ahead of future releases as FAVE deepens her global footprint in contemporary African music.
