Ghanaian Afro-fusion star Gyakie continues to make waves on the global music scene as she submits multiple entries for GRAMMY Award consideration with her outstanding musical projects.


Celebrated for her soulful vocals and cross-cultural sound, Gyakie has entered several major categories ahead of the 2025 GRAMMY Awards. Her acclaimed EP After Midnight has been submitted for Best Global Music Album, while her emotive single SANKOFA is up for consideration in both Best Global Music Performance and Best Music Video.


Adding to the excitement, Gyakie’s collaboration with American R&B artist 6LACK on Damn U has also been submitted for Best African Performance, a category that continues to highlight Africa’s finest musical talents.
