Singer and actress Halle Bailey has filed legal documents seeking sole legal and physical custody of her infant son, Halo, whom she shares with rapper and content creator DDG.

According to the filing, Bailey is requesting that DDG be granted supervised visitation rights once a week for a period of six hours. The documents also stipulate that during these visits, DDG would not be permitted to take Halo outside of Los Angeles County, indicating a desire for stricter boundaries around travel and parental responsibility.

While the specific reasons behind the request for sole custody and supervision remain private, such filings typically reflect concerns related to the child’s safety, stability, or parental disagreements. Bailey and DDG had kept their relationship relatively public through social media and appearances, but have maintained privacy around their son Halo, whose birth they confirmed only after months of speculation.
