Ghanaian rising star, Kojo Blak, has joined forces with Nigerian Afrobeats sensation, Oxlade, to release a brand-new collaborative single titled SAILOR.
The song brings together two distinctive voices from West Africa’s thriving Afrobeats scene, blending Kojo Blak’s smooth delivery with Oxlade’s signature melodic vocals. SAILOR rides on a rhythmic, mid-tempo Afrobeats instrumental, creating a track that balances emotion with a vibrant groove.
On the record, the two artistes explore themes of love, longing and emotional vulnerability. The lyrics capture the feeling of being drawn to someone so strongly that navigating the relationship feels like sailing through uncertain waters, a metaphor that gives the track its title.

For Kojo Blak, the collaboration marks another important milestone in his growing career as he continues to expand his reach beyond Ghana. Working alongside Oxlade, who has built a strong international reputation through hits and collaborations across Africa and beyond, places the Ghanaian singer on an even wider musical map.
The release also highlights the increasing collaboration between Ghanaian and Nigerian artistes, a trend that continues to strengthen the connection between the two music industries while pushing Afrobeats further onto the global stage.
With its catchy melody and heartfelt storytelling, SAILOR is already gaining attention from fans online and is expected to find a strong place on playlists across the continent.
