The La Palm Royal Beach Hotel was electrified last night as 25-year-old Lucille Naa Kwaley King, a graduate of the University of Birmingham, freelance model, and YouTuber, was crowned Miss Malaika Ghana 2024 Glow Up Queen. Lucille takes over the title from last year’s queen, Nana Yaa, marking a new chapter in the celebrated pageant organized by Charterhouse.
The emotional queen shed tears of joy as she triumphed over nine other finalists to claim the coveted crown. Her remarkable journey throughout the competition showcased her exceptional presentation skills, outstanding talent, and consistent excellence, earning admiration from both judges and the audience.
Lucille’s journey was marked by numerous awards, solidifying her status as a frontrunner. However, her defining moment came during the final round, where her eloquent and confident responses to the judges’ questions sealed her victory. Her composure and well-articulated answers earned her the highest score of the night, making her a deserving winner.
Miss Malaika Ghana, a platform known for empowering young women and showcasing their talents, intelligence, and potential, has once again spotlighted an inspiring queen. Lucille’s win symbolizes the essence of the pageant’s mission to uplift young women and inspire them to reach greater heights.
As the newly crowned queen, Lucille Naa Kwaley King is set to embark on a year of advocacy, leadership, and empowerment, representing the ideals of Miss Malaika Ghana 2024 Glow Up Season.
