Celebrated Ghanaian music producer and Lynx Entertainment CEO Richie Mensah is marking a major personal milestone with the release of his debut book titled Yes, It’s Your Fault. As he enters the final year of his 30s, Richie is choosing to reflect on his life, share hard-earned lessons, and inspire others through storytelling and self-accountability.



Set for release on June 13th, Yes, It’s Your Fault is described as a deeply personal and thought-provoking look at the power of responsibility in shaping one’s destiny. Blending real-life experiences with insightful advice, Richie offers readers a candid exploration of the choices, failures, and successes that have defined his journey, both in music and in life.

“For everything I’ve become, there were hard lessons and honest truths I had to face. This book is a reflection of that,” Richie shared in an announcement. “I want to inspire people to own their stories — because growth begins when we stop shifting blame.”

With over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry, Richie Mensah has not only built one of Ghana’s most successful record labels, launching stars like Kuami Eugene, KiDi, and MzVee, but has also become a respected voice in leadership, mentorship, and creative business.
