The storyline revolves around Aisha (played by Tiwa Savage), a determined fashion designer returning to her homeland after a decade in the United States, following a family tragedy. As she grapples with the changes, including rising tensions and violence, Aisha must confront her past, reconnect with family and friends, and rediscover an old love while coming to terms with her own scars.
Shot in Ghana, WATER AND GARRI promises a seamless blend of breathtaking cinematography and compelling storytelling. The cast includes not only Tiwa Savage but also talented actors like Mike Afolarin, Andrew Bunting, and Jemima Osunde, adding to the film's star-studded lineup.
