Award-winning media personality and broadcaster Roselyn Felli is set to return as host for this year’s Ghana DJ Awards. The celebrated on-air figure, known for her charm, professionalism, and energetic stage presence, shared her excitement and gratitude ahead of the big night.
Speaking to 3Music TV, she mentions what music means to her, Roselyn revealed that it’s more than just sound it’s her sanctuary. “Music is my place of peace, actually. I love music…” she said.
Speaking about her go-to playlist, the broadcaster didn’t hesitate to share her morning ritual. “Gospel. Every morning I do gospel. Every morning!” she noted, adding that it sets the tone for her day.
This marks Roselyn’s second consecutive time hosting the prestigious awards, having co-hosted last year’s edition alongside media legend Andy Dosty. For her, being chosen again is both an honour and validation of her craft. “It means a lot that I’ve been called to do it again because it’s more or less like what I did, they liked it, and they called me and chose me amongst the thousands of presenters or MCs we have in Ghana.” she said.
Roselyn also shared that deciding to return as host was an easy choice given the magnitude and reach of the platform. “It’s a great platform, I must say. It’s an honour to host it. There are so many people they could have chosen, but they decided to choose me. It’s not just like a Ghana DJ Awards. It streams on all the different platforms, which means the world gets to see you, showcase your talent, and also puts you on a different level,” she explained.
She also expressed excitement about being joined this year by fellow broadcaster Jay Foley
As for how she’s preparing for the big night, Roselyn revealed that prayer remains her key ritual before taking the stage.
Roselyn ended the conversation saying “I want to wish all the nominees the very best, and I’ll urge fans to keep voting for their favourite DJs and entertainers.”
With her charisma and confidence, Roselyn Felli is set to bring her signature blend of grace and energy to the 2025 Ghana DJ Awards, promising another unforgettable night celebrating the best in music and DJ culture.
