South African star Tyla has given fans a reason to celebrate twice this year. The musician revealed that her highly anticipated sophomore studio album, titled A-POP, is complete and set to drop later this year.

Tyla made the announcement during an interview at the GRAMMY Awards, where she was all smiles following her big win in the Best African Music Performance category. This accolade marks another milestone in her rapidly ascending career, further cementing her status as one of Africa’s most exciting new talents.

On her upcoming project, Tyla simply stated, “My album drops this year. It’s called A-POP.” While details on the tracklist and collaborations are still under wraps, fans are already buzzing with anticipation.
